Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only.

Made-to-order items (CheerBox mugs and apparel): These are printed after you order. Production usually takes 3-7 business days, then delivery takes about 3-4 business days. Production can run longer in December.

Partner-brand items: These ship directly from the brand. Delivery times are shown on each product page or at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers are busiest in December. We can't guarantee delivery by Christmas, so please order early.

Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages. You'll get a tracking email as each one ships.

Please check your address before you pay. We can't change an order once it's in production, and re-shipping because of an incorrect address is at the customer's cost.
